APPLY NOW FOR THE SUMMER 2012 PROGRAM

REQUIREMENTS

*Must be a graduating high school senior who will attend a senior college in Fall 2012

*Must be available to work June 11 through August 8, 2012 (Unpaid time off is allowed for attendance of freshman college orientation, otherwise there are no exceptions to the policy.)

*Must be a U.S. Citizen

APPLICATION PROCESS

Completed application packets must be received no later than March 2, 2012.

1. Download and complete (1) an ARL Apprenticeship Application, (2) a UT Austin Student Application and (3) a Skills Inventory Form.

2. Email these three documents along with a Resume (see sample) to Christy Habecker (habecker@arlut.utexas.edu).

3. Mail an official, sealed transcript (which includes class rank and GPA) from your high school, as well as copies of your SAT/ACT scores to

U.S. Citizenship is required. Applicants for student positions in our research laboratories will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet elibility requirements for access to classified information. These are security sensitive positions; conviction verification will be conducted on the applicant selected.

Positions are located at the ARL facilities on the Pickle Research Campus in Northwest Austin.
